Don’t know if it just me being slow on the uptake, but I happened to be looking at the downloads site at google and saw this thing called Picasa so downloaded it and gave it a whirl.
At the time it was version 1.6.x.x and it looked pretty neat. I have a whole suite of photo editing software but this is a great tool for doing quick and nasty edits for emailing.
There is also an addon called Hello which lets you IM messages to other ‘Hello’ users and a nifty little feature for sending pictures to your blog. It’s a great tool for what it does and I didn’t even know it existed… I’d recommend giving it a try, even if just because it is free !!!
