I haven’t got a clue where it came from and didn’t even know what it was all about before I had a look. But the BBC have this ‘iCan’ website thing where you can read up on local information and other ‘stuff’.
I’ve even started a campaign (for no other real reason other than to see what it was all about. I doubt anything will come of it).
